• Chocolate should be wrapped tightly and kept in a cool, dry place with a temperature ranging from 60–75°F. (15- 21°C)!

• If the storage temperature exceeds 75°F (21°C) , some of the cocoa butter may appear on the surface, causing the chocolate to develop a whitish cast, known as "bloom." The chocolate will still be fine to eat.
• In hot climates or during the summer, chocolate can be stored in the refrigerator, although this isn’t ideal as the chocolate may absorb odors from other foods. Dark chocolate actually improves with age, like a fine wine, if stored in an airtight container at 60–65°F (15°C- 18°C)
• Fat bloom and sugar bloom.
• •Fat bloom is the visible accumulation of large cocoa butter crystals on the chocolate surface. It is often accompanied by numerous minute cracks that dull the appearance of the chocolate.
• Sugar bloom is a crystallization of sugar that is often caused by high humidity and the formation of condensate ("sweating") when cold product is brought into a warm area.

SHE GOT A OVAL FACE & I GOT A ROUND FACE! LOL.

NPDS was fun, pretty awesome with awesome people around. Ha! My group name is called Starfire! (awesome) and guess what. What. What. We also won the most awesome group prize for the three days in camp, woohoo! Nicenice.



Had fun and it really expanded my circle of friends in dance sports and the more I would want to go cca now, ha! We learned disco, waltz, mass dance during the camp. I enjoyed bits and pieces of laughter fun joke crap groan awesome chitchat with my group mates. :D & our food rocks!

 Bad experience of Shabushabu at KoreanBbq Restaurant, found worms inside the soup, thanks God i got good eyesight! Never gonna eat that again. *faint! Imagine, worms through your throat and down your body?

Sorry that I abandon this space for pretty many weeks, and now it’s holiday and therefore blogging.

Life would be great if we have our own pace to do everything, but that would be of no challenge.

I misses childhood time, misses those sweets chocolates and jumping around moments with care-free mind. When we gradually grow up, everything starts to get complex and that’s where all the worries starts compiling. Oh ya, what a nice joke. It’s supposed to be holidays and there are still projects. Mine you, holidays doesn’t mean you can bomb us; students with projects.

I suppose everyone is getting use to their Poly life and made new friends, still miss the time crapping with classmates. Misses the Malay friends I got in secondary school, ha! Seeing Amer crap, the videos and drama they act in class during recess break & of course the duper loud shrieking laughter! Aw.
But time can’t rewind. That’s reality, we got to accept.

Haaaa, aww! I knew from the point that I start pouring milk to the mixture, that soft cake Chocó is gonna fail. Was like “ OH NO! ’’ but still carried on and hopefully it will turn out nice. And the estimated time for the soft cake to be done is 8-9 mins, ended up in the oven for more than 30mins to the result of popppping!
Looks nice, but taste.. (errms) haaaa, okay, sounds discouraging.

Yes, tomorrow lesson starts at 1pm, so?
I’m still gonna wake up at 9am like always,
